Gluten Free, Dairy Free Blackberry Pear Cobbler!

1/2 cup smart balance
 2 cups blanched almond flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp xantham gum
pinch of salt
2/3 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 cups blackberries
1 can pear halves (15 oz)
lemon juice

how to make the magic:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt smart balance "butter" and pour into 2 quart casserole dish, making sure to spread onto the sides as well. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, xantham gum, salt, milk, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Stir blackberries and pears together in separate bowl. Add a couple squirts of lemon juice, about a tbsp of sugar, and another 1/4 tsp of cinnamon into fruit and mix well until sugar has coated the fruit. Pour fruit mix into casserole dish evenly. Spoon batter atop fruit and spread evenly (or drop in big spoonfuls if you like). Bake for 30 minutes until topping starts to brown. Cool and serve!
