MY SECRETS: Chocolate-Dipped Technicolor Marshmallows

And now for something EASY!
These were soooooooo easy, a monkey could make them. All you need are:
*chocolate chips (I like the Ghirardelli dark chocolate chunks)
*rainbow sprinkles
Now, melt your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the micro for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until they are melted and smooth. Fill a shallow bowl with rainbow sprinkles. Dip each the top half of each marshmallow into the chocolate, then dip into the sprinkles. Place the marshmallows, chocolatey-sprinkle side UP onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Keep going until you have as many amazing technicolor marshmallows as you wish and then FREEZE! At least an hour (I let mine sit overnight). Make sure you take them out 5-10 minutes before serving so they can thaw out a little. Finally, stuff your face full of them until they are all gone!!
